    EICR Foster carer

Landlords want to pay bare minimum. I did 1 EICR for nothing when I 1st started thinking I would get the remedial work. Didnt happen. Good practice though. lol. some of the threads on here say how little some people charge for an EICR.

    EICR Foster carer

They asked for NIC but would accept elecsa. I think its stupid too especially when I am up against people who charge £50 for an EICR. If I have to add on £444 to my overheads I would lose more jobs. Ive had to let that job go unfortunately as they insisted.

    EICR Foster carer

Hi I qualified back in July this year. Have been unable to find a job so have started up on my own. Non paying customer

Recently my partner who is a tiler went this way. the court just appointed a surveyor. Who picked up the odd flaw in the tiling. (there are flaws in all jobs if you look hard enough)Everything was within standards and almost perfect, but because it was only almost perfect the case was dismissed...

    Tax rebates

You can claim interest on the loan but not the loan repayments. you can claim for accomodation. travel to and from course at 45p a mile unless you are using capital allowances for you vehicle. Then it will be fuel receipts instead. Personally I would put the cost of the course through. Tools...
