    Hi Hightower. Would have thought oval conduit for a chase would be the best option. Nice and neat any easy to replace cables if needs be in the future.

    Thank you Richard With LED lamps 6 seems very low. If I use 7.5w led's I assume I can go up to 13 ( which is not unusual in a large kitchen or lounge) as it will stay under the 100w max Mentioned
