    I do have part p yes, it only covered roses on the course and all the fittings I fitted on site were plugged into a click box. This is my first time fitting 2 fittings to one switch. Just want yo get it right first time cheers

    I'm using singles. So I got L/N/E from CU going to? Then onto ? fittings both have a l/n/e terminal block in only cheers shoukd have just put a ceiling rose in lol

    Just a quick one. And I right in thinking I would take N/E from CU in shed to first fitting, take L from CU (with an E from fitting) all the way to switch, run switch L back to fitting and then just Dasiy L/N/E to next fitting? not a lot of info on the web and didn't cover fluorescent fittings...

    Cheers, I did concider doing that, just wasn't to sure on wether or not I could. Its all a learning curve for me and next time I will know what I'm looking for.

    I am fitting this in the house as stated earlier in the thread. 10 Way Hi Integrity Dual RCD + 100A Main Switch Consumer Unit the garage will be going to a 40amp breaker on the non protected side of the CU. cheers

    Noted... im gonna shoot down the wholesalers in a min to have a look at their boards anyway as theres no exploded views on any of the web pages. I was always going for an unprotected mcb, just had the wrong type of cu in my first list

    i suppose i have to go get myself a Torque Setting VDE Screwdriver as well now too, seeing as its my test piece? there was a lot of talk about them in the centre and i know there is mixed reviews as to the need for them

    the cable will be run along the wall of the house, across the top of a fixed gate and along the wall of the garage to the new workshop, all clipped and out of the way of any traffic.
