    50 Amp Cooker switch

Clever..........., you may have come up with the ideal answer. Any issues that would arise regarding the switch being the isolation point (need to be lockable) or any failsafe issues (My old London Transport head kicking into gear now) ;-)

    50 Amp Cooker switch

Does anyone know of a 50-Amp 1-phase cooker switch for a domestic job that would look nice alongside Hamilton flatplate brushed steel finish other accessories? Everything seems to be 45-amp or industrial, nothing looking stylish at all. Help guys :(

Hamilton Litestat Grid Switches............. Do you know

Does anyone know whether Hamilton Litestat's grid plates and switches (6 or 8 -gang) will fit into MK grid back-boxes? I have a job where there are already MK grid boxes flushed into the wall and the customer would like Hamilton Econoflat range and Gridswitches etc. So i'm keen to avoid the...

I cant remember them ever saying what to do, only what not to do and thats the 15th/16th and 17th. Thats why we have the OSG. But I agree with your point that it is always worth having it to refer to, as you cant beat the 'real' regulation wording rather than the OSG version. You cant always get...

    Does this look ok??

why are you feeding the switch? They normally want you to just simply add an intermediate in to convert a normal two-way switch circuit and if you are using t+e/3+e then you just put the intermediate in between the switches to swap the L1 and L2 lines when it's switched. Shouldn't need lots of...

    Tiler for £12 an hour??

I used to think that for the last 17 years i've been installing wired systems, but if you buy good kit there is nothing wrong with them. This kit is Grade 2 so it can connect to a central station/ police if you want and has 5yr battery life on sounder, 3yr battery life in panel and 2-3 years on...
