    WebConnect Piggy-Back for SMA SB-3300

It's not for me. The system owner wants to remote monitor his system. The request wasn't for the Webbox, it is for the WebConnect piggyback board as can be seen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6llaTSCyWB8

Has anyone used anything like this? I'm looking at building a small trickle charger for summer festival camping use. This looks ideal... 50W 18V semi-flexible PV poly solar panel for RV boat 12volt battery charger | eBay

    Solar Edge Help Please

I'm sure SE will sort you out but, in the mean time, can you select a sunny day and plot a power curve of the three panels on the top row so we can see what happens to the middle one throughout the daily cycle? Example below of some of my panels emerging from partial shade.

low output until all panels in sun

Here's a slightly clearer picture of what SolarEdge can do. Here we have an east, south and west facing panels all on the same system being optimised by SolarEdge. And again here, an array of 5 panels which are hard shaded by an adjacent ridge casting a decreasing diagonal shadow over them...

    Solarimmersion with Storage Heaters

I heat a couple of towel rails with excess power, which works really well. Your storage heater solution sounds like a great idea, but bear in mind in winter when you need most heat, you may find there isn't enough excess energy available to give sufficient heat. You will likely still need some...

    Immersun Perfomance Estimation

Yes but you don't raise the temperature of the whole 180L by 45degC every day! This is where the lower figure comes from.

Panel price increases and existing quotes.

If a company gives me a quote valid for 30 days then I expect them to honour it. What's the point of stating this in the contract if you do not intend to stick by it? if it had gone in the opposite direction, i.e. your costs had gone down, would you have passed this on to the customer?
