    GeordieSparks

I had the dubious honour today to meet GeordieSparks. Face and name and all that jazz. Came to connect me new gas cooker up after I did my pathetic best to burn the house down with the old one. A very, very nice fella. All was going well until the missus walked in after a shopping trip. Me...

Am I at risk of disconnection?

Reminds me of the old Thomson holidays ad. "If we don't do it, don't do it. But if we do, do. What an extinct bird like the dodo has to do with holidays I could never figure out.

Hot tip. When going through the knicker drawer, make sure you put them all back. A pair hanging out ye back pocket (for a later sniff) usually guarantees a quick end to that contract. I'm told.

    Thought for the Day

Or a lunatic policeman! Talking of police. You breed the kids tough up here in the North East. Next door boozer had a kids Easter party yesterday, as I was walking in to sample a pint or three of their finest and watch the Blues hammer Palace, two police cars came haring down the road with the...

I'd go for it. Another string to the bow etc. etc.. We all know that plumbers are good electricians, use all wires in a cable and save the customer pennies. Seriously. Do it.

Insulation Resistance - is driving me nuts.

I'll have to go off topic here. And I apologise in advance. Got home 3 Mondays past with a headache that I can only describe as someone squeezing me left eye in a spoon, so went for a lie down, as you do. Two hours later got up without thinking I may have slept. My left arm wouldn't work...

    Steel Toe Cap Wear

Bought (got given) a pair of Caterpillar boots about 10 years ago. Comfy from day one. Now my dog walking boots. When you're employed the employer should supply the boots. I picked these and contributed an amount towards them. Best capped boots I've ever had.
