Been relaxing in our chalet near Minehead, thinking about life and what do do when I retire. I had planned on quiting at the end of the year but looking at the woodwork on the chalet that needs to be replaced it looks like I'll be working another year to pay for it.

Not sure when they swapped over to wind up from sliding. I know the van kept sliding windows until they stopped making them. The wife used to have a '79 van back when we were young(ish). Wish we still had it now. It was metallic blue, white roof and bonnet stripes and alloys.

Not all vehicles can be programmed to turn that off via the onboard interface. My Mini for example needs an app and an a plug in interface to disable it. Was one of the first things I did when I bought the car.
