Dot Dab Plaster wall - 35mm box? Plasterer at odds with electrician

Generally 25mm boxes are fine to be screwed direct to the wall if being dot and dabbed. If 35mm then they normally get chased in 10-15mm as dabbing that far out uses a lot of gear and can be a pain.

    Flexible Conduit (N.Bundy job)

I’ve watched a few of N Bundys YouTube videos and from what I’ve seen he seems a good domestic electrician. Someone like him would be ideal for knocking out new builds to a good standard and at a good pace....If he worked for you, he would definitely earn you a few quid. However l, I do think...

    Flooring design & construction

Use thicker pir board, notch it or cut it around services then float caberdeck across it, gluing the tongue and groove with D4 glue and leave an expansion gap around the perimeter and cover the gap with skirting.

Working in domestic properties - how responsible are you?

I would check the end to end readings on the RFC if r1 and rn are the same and r2 is proportional allowing for difference in CSA then its genuinely the length of the circuit.

    UK/London rewire pricing??

You could do that for £4600. I’m in Kent and that’s how much it would be roughly around here. That would be the keenish price and around £5200 would be pushing your luck, again local to me.
