    They will all rust eventually, but IP65 should be good for number of years. Not sure about more decorative ones but many now use plastic rims with a metallic finish so no rusting there.

    Isn't that RCD to 'the left' a 2 module RCBO? Also check the tightness of that solid neutral to the neutral bar as these are prone to working loose and burning out.
