    Anybody using Job Management Software?

Xero is a accountancy package, it does all the PO thing (we don't) and gives you list of what has been paid etc It also links well with Stripe, we take card payments direct from the invoice, if a client pays via stripe it shows as paid on Xero and also allocates the charges as well.

Make sure you are extremely polite and send him an electrical danger notification. Inform him you are oblijed to do this to make him aware of the seriosbess of the install and these documents are classed as matrerial information for insurance purposes

    Help with a difficult customer!

I would have been inclined to put a charge on her house- you will get the money back eventually but it will cost her wellmore than £300 for a lawyer to remove the inhibition and it will hold up the house sale. The £300 will also grow at 8% (statutory interest) Yes, I am petty.
