I honestly don’t think that the very little bit that the picture shows doesn’t appear to be under the actual lug. If the lugs are torqued to specifications for the panel then you shouldn’t have any problems. Rest easy and Welcome to the forum.
I have to agree with littlespark stating that the wires should be absolutely cut loose at the fuse or breaker to make it safe. The heaters should have its own circuit. Good luck with your project and welcome to the forum.
Thank you Dan and all the forum members who have supported me through the last 4 years. I feel honored that you folks have invited me into this platform. 😀👍
The only other place that would have that is an HVAC supply store that sells parts. The V stands for ventilation and the switch that you are holding in your hand is fairly easy to install. The black is your live, the white of course is your natural and the red is the actual load or in your case...
No it’s not a good idea and why don’t you just add a sub panel in your pool shed using UF cable. THWN wire is required to be installed by listed conduit from start to finish.
You can legally have two 20 amp receptacles on a 20 amp single pole breaker using # 12/2 MC cable. Since the receptacles will be under a sink then they will need to be GFCI protected.
I have to agree with @James, just seeing a contactor inside of a junction box pretty much tells us the knowledge of your maintenance. Please hire an actual electrician.
I deal with CES and have never had a problem and usually what I need the have in stock or will have it delivered from another branch. Great prices also. Been in the US for many years. Highly recommend
If I was you I would be mad as hell, everything was working great until the solar people started their work and no way would I have not let them have the weekend off until I had all my power working. There is nothing that we can do to help you but is a separate electrician changing out your main...
To be honest I am in NC and I’ve always used old blankets to cover all my well and never had a problem. Much simpler and has worked every winter since 1998. To me it’s to much like work to install heat tape or thermostats to just keep it from freezing. I also have an insulated cover on it also...
You should have no problems with what you want but even if you install conduit the cable still needs to be UF cable which is approved for under ground use. If you are using romex it needs to be # 12. 1 inch PVC conduit at a minimum to make the pull easier. Good luck and welcome to the forum.
