I don't know if it's a requirement (ignore that cheers lee:D) but I certainly would, not a big sticker but maybe the smaller etched ones placed on the lid, just in case someone who isn't competent decides to have go at chucking a couple of extra sockets in.
The swing door on the head sounds about right just be aware that I've had the dno guys say they won't work on those heads anymore for connecting tails to isolators etc they replace the head which can take 8-10 weeks to organise, if you get the follow up work that is.
Isn't that why we bond the trunking or metal box or conduit box that said conduit is attached to? I've never used serrated washers or been told to do so.
What does the dno cut out look like is it big old green metal Lucy head? I have come across this a couple of times also in London sw area and the dno take no responsibility after the head isolator or no isolator. From what you have said I'm not surprised it hasn't been reported by people...
Would usually come off the kitchen ring from an fcu to a single unswitched socket as you are ripping the kitchen apart is there anyway you can get a kitchen ring installed how far away is the cu from the kitchen?
Apologies that'll teach me for not reading properly  I've never had a crew cab before is there much room in the back to still have a good van load or would it be purely essentials?
Definitely have the false floor but where the steps end towards the cab you could block that off and create two draws for either sliding door also this will stop your steps disappearing if you have to brake too hard :D
Agree with @Voltigern at least if you or someone can do this then it might give a visiting sparks half a chance to help without ripping your whole house apart
