am i missing something why do you need to register with them, eicr are not currently required to be notified through part p scheme so why do we need to register on them? All you will gain is being listed on there website. What a load of rubbish.
Personally i wouldnt mind eicr having to be done...
Try swa storm glands, they are a step up from the standard swa gland especially for 20 or 25mm And look great.

agree but dont agree with putting hob isolator in a cupboard that need to be readily available. Only time this is ok ifthe hob is integrated into a island imo, but even then it can usually be put on underside of the worktop overhang.
get a local subby in to help you, be careful who you choose, some will try and wiggle there way in with some of your customers but dontlet this put you off.
KEEP your good customers who got you where you are today, the builders no matter what they promise you could push you out the door without...
For me the fire risk assessment should state the level Of protection required for the property and you can act according to that. Ask the buildings responsible person to see the FRA.
I dont like the idea of a part 6 covering a hmo, but thats just me.
not really, all certs done onsite. Takes 2 mins if that to notify. I think your £45 is not right, but its your business good luck to you for getting it.
Twinflex pro. Easy twin wire system, no mucking around with seperate ccts.
Who has requested the fire alarm be installed, local fire officer?
Stay away from wireless fire alarms imo.
