    Are you VAT registered

I'm not looking to avoid the tax, I currently keep Rishi in new underpants and socks to the tune of about £180k a year in taxes. It's more of a company focused on a domestic market than my commercial side, and being able to offer a sensible price to the average house.

    Are you VAT registered

Spent Long story short, I spent about 10 years as a spark after leaving school. I just got 16th edition, COMPEX, pat and a few other quals from the employer at the time. Then I switched into doing fibre build for the last 10 years. As fibre is slowing down over the next 2-3 years, I'm bringing...

BS 7671 Exam - Making reference notes in the book

As it was explained to me, you can write anything in the book so long as it already exists in the book somewhere in original print. Tabs, etc are fine.

    UK Questions about Sub Contracting

CIS registration is pretty simple. Give the CIS helpline a call and request to be activated as a cis subcontractor. Not contractor though, there is a difference. You can do it online now too I believe.

    Are you VAT registered

Hi all, I'm currently VAT registered with 16 people on board and trying to decided whether to set up a separate entity that is not VAT registered to pick up smaller domestic work to fill the gaps between our normal bread and butter work. Extras as such for the lads to earn some extra money...

    UK Coaxial waveguides tapered sectional

I've never seen or heard of one that could. What I can tell you is don't use duct tape to repair one if you put a hole in it. A friend of mine did just this in the army and a set of tents went up in flames. Fortunately no one was injured

    Which way to turn?

I went with a partner. We're able to support each other and take time off knowing the other is at the helm. We split all profit 50/50 whether we have time off or not. We have our moments when we don't agree but we usually find a way to compromise with each other.

    Affordable wire stripping tool

I like my red CK clackers as I call them. CK automatic wire strippers. Only naff part is the measuring plastic piece, snapped after about 2 days. And the crimps nipping two holes in your thumb when you're on a roll and not paying attention to hand placement

Runpotec XB300 cable dispenser / runposticks / thread size

I have about 4 or 5 of the big ones as we tend to work with 1km and 2km drums. They are good but they become a bit unstable as the drum empties and the weight drops
