I think as long as you have sent him a letter or email informing him off remedial works and any dangers as well as an unsatisfactory report you're covered in that essence. Must be annoying though
The landlord surely cant ger annoyed if he gave the tenants a copy?
I always inform our tenants they can request a free copy and if they do we have to provide it to them
This is why i love my job. Social housing. Any faults or problems i come across im expected to repair or book in asap. Any dodgy diy im allowed to rip out without the tenants permission.

Have a car battery and wantedto know if it was any good. Got my fluke tester and set it to volts and put it across positive and negative...first battery had 0 volts and the second battery had 6 volts. Did i test these properly?
I bloody hate people who do rewires and still put the new board back at ceiling height....especially when its in the smallest cupboard they can find....even more infuriating to finallt get the cover off to find a birds nest
I always do zs but dont bother filling in R1+R2 unless i actually test it. I never see the point people calculating R1+R2 or even zs on a test form if you dont test dont bother.
I know lots of people do but meh.
