    It’s NOT tripping RCD? Is this with a PAT tester, or an MFT? You will get 0mohms reading live to neutral through a lamp… click the door switch, see if it changes. You don’t say if it’s L-N or L-E Are you getting an earth? Test continuity between plug pin and metal casing.

    I can’t really advise, as my ONLY local choices are City’s or YESSS. Occasionally screwfix, as they’re open Sundays. Have used online before, including the forum sponsors… but obviously no good if you need something right now.

    Looks like an integrated fridge, but not built into a cupboard. There’s usually a sticker inside, it might be hidden by a drawer. Or maybe behind a price of trim that hides the hinges. Last resort…. Sticker on the back somewhere… usually where the flex is. Is it a part you’re looking for...
