Hello all, recently I was installing some new downlights in a large kitchen, and trying to measure the room width/length alone was a nightmare with a tape measure so I did some research on laser distance measures and they seem to be a good way to go.

Loose or faulty main switch because its a 1 bedroom flat with a total of 6 sockets on a ring, 1 cooker point, immersion heater and 5 lights. The tails were 25mm
If I recall correctly on your plan there is a mains water pipe in the intake room, if this was to leak it could spray water over the electrical equipment / accessories in the room? It's been nearly a year since I did that unit so I can't remember exactly what was on the plan.

Good for marking multiple sockets around a room / matching existing sockets, chases and marking out downlights.
It can be seen in daylight very good too.
Hello there, it is worth every penny. They talk you through everything you will be doing on the day and give you tips on how to pick up extra marks as well as preferences with the job they have. For example, with the SWA you might have to use a piranha nut instead of a banjo bolt.

The lady at the college who told me 2397 got it wrong.
From reading that I'm pretty sure I'm entitled to the 2394, as I did take the harder exam to gain an extra qualification and have passed all units, first thing friday next week I will find out from my college. Thanks for the help everyone :)
