    Nightmare for testing, but it can give a good connection.     £250 is cheap for supplying the cable as well, would think he won't be installing the cable correctly and won't be supplying a certificate. Put in writing what you want done and get 3 quotes, easiest and most thorough way.

    Ask the DNO, wouldn't think they'd be to happy about it, no experience of it though!

    Even at 4800kw combined that wouldn't have been ideal 'spurred' off the ring.......20 amps? Any appliance over 2kw is recommended to be on its own supply.

    Its great I love it, it was on Dragons Den I seen it and instantly said to the missus I need that, normally have to try and scrape a mark with a thin screwdriver, this is good but only got holes up to 45mm.
