One quote 8750 and other 10500
both on the low side. i'd be more inclined to look closer at the higher of the 2 quotes. could be a case of buy cheap, buy twice.
 
If it was me I would give the Job to the 10k man. Other is too cheap and is likely to cause a problem somewhere along the way. Sit down with him and ensure he has included for everything though cause it still seems a bit on the low side

Edit: even get a 3rd and 4th quote... where in the country are you?
 
I'd go with @telectrix £12k minimum, and 15k worst scenario. I really can't imagine someone could do a decent job and get a profit out of that at £8750, £10.5k is very close to the bone, I imagine you will be getting the cheapest cable and fittings going at those prices.
