I’d run 1.0mm twin and earth all back to central point. And then red through crimps to connect onto the led tape. Worked well with me as I just did my kitchen

I've installed these, use threaded rod hanger flanges and fix into the joist to make a unistrut frame up. then attach rod to the frame to drop down to the curtain heater. You'll be able to move then around on the frame then to match the holes on the heater
You can get stitch screws for this job. They get wider and wider as you go, hang yourself off them ha. use strut horizontal to spread the weight and have 4-5 fixings made and mount flood to strut.
