Is this a custom built control panel full of drives, plc, safety circuit etc?
I believe BS EN 60204 may be the correct regulations in question.
You can apply the basics tests, the issue is proving ADS using the normal ‘test and inspection’ methods applied to fixed wiring.

Motors often are rated above the nameplate rating. Eg a 4 pole is 1500 rpm but will be good for double that as the mechanics will be built and balanced the same as a 2 pole 3000 rpm motor...
Are you trying to squeeze a circuit to comply by not using the 7671 tabulated values?
The only time I looked at that was with a Merlin MCB, the values on the data sheet were the same.
