That’s bad....cables not colour harmonised...I would have repositioned the meter to the left over the cut out and fitted the isolator to the right to save crossing the cables and then re-sealed everything.
Cut out looks like an early series 5 so probably 80A maximum load rating.
Current use fuses are BS88-3 but there are obviously plenty of 1361 out there too. Most new connections are fitted with 80A fuses but the cut out fuse carrier is rated at 100A.

The torque screwdriver alone is around £100.00 or you can get the complete kit with bits and wrap around case for more. I just have the screwdriver and 2 bits which suits my needs.
I read in the paper the other day that it was due to “12th century electrical wiring”. Apparently the wiring was made of paper soaked in some chemicals.
Not bad considering electricity was only discovered some 600 years later!!
