    Yes it is 3 phase with 2 x 30kva ups running in parallel . The neutral has to be switched to satisfy g99 .

    What make are your cooking appliances ? I have not seen a hob or cooker with plug top fitted from new for a long time . All the howdens lamona range have a sticker on saying warning do no fit plug top . Also i believe a double socket outlet max rating is 20 amps

    RED is the code for reverse energy detected and is a feature to show if the meter has been connected backwards . It will also occur on PV systems when energy is being fed back into the grid .

    In my area Part M applies to new build houses only . Im on with a barn conversion at the moment which has never even had power and the building inspector insists part M is not applicable . Im not a fan of having accessories in an extension at a different height to the rest of the house .
