I've always found that the college route is best, not least because they are not (entirely) in it just for the money. Check with your local college and perhaps ask to meet the tutor to discuss the best way to get the qually with your knowledge and experience.

So how are they reading the meters? If I had a new building, the first thing I would do is get the meter reading in case your left with a big bill!! Someone must have a key, or else invest in a jemmy!!

There have, but as far as I know, the certs are staying the same (I hope!!!). If not, I will do any changes that are needed. Its just that all of our certs were getting updated and decided to do the EICR at the same time.
