    Had some d*ckhead today refuse to sell me a centrifugal pump unless I had a "mainland" UK address and EORI number. I even offered to arrange my own collection I'll just route my business through "mainland" Europe where I live, I have an XORI number No problem.

    Irish cowboy ? outfits have registered themselves as Hungarian companies and pay tax in Hungary whilst driving in the UK and Ireland

    Yes I had to wait a fortnight to get a decoiler from Walsall to Ireland. It was actually picked up in a van and delivered to Liverpool before being placed on a trailer I'm also waiting on a SMC Rodless cylinder which is being held up by Parcel Force. It's already a week late These issues...

    A higher voltage will actually mean a lower amperage. The big advantage of there phase is the simplicity of using 3 phase motors as opposed to single phase motors with start run capacitors etc

    This is my general meter to use. I have better ones,but I think it is a good rugged all rounder. You might be able to save few quid by getting a 177 it's literally the same just with out the thermocouple
