Bit of a random question. But if it was me I would put shower sockets and lights on one side. And sockets whatever the 16amp breakers for and the other lighting circuit on the other rcd.
Cut plaster board boxes in after the plasterboardings done. Put the bit of insulation u cut out behind the back box so there's no holes in insulation. Bring cables into box. Job done.

You can only register one hub.
But you can make it a multi zone. So you would have one 2 channel receiver for heating and hot water and a thermostat. And a seperate single channel receiver for your other heating zone and a thermostat.
And multi zone only works with hives newer hubs
