Get what you think you will need prior to the job. Saves you looking at a job giving a price and walking away complete waste of time if your only getting half the jobs.
I would say I get about 95% of the work I quote for.
Everyone gets charged the same rates regardless if they are a millionaire from Chelsea or someone not so well off.

Qualifications are one thing, Being able to do the job well is another. At the end of the day if you know what the normal rates are you wouldn’t accept £10.50 if you have all of the above.
