    Just bought a fluke t90, can you turn the beep off when testing voltage. Always used martindale and seperate continuity tester( cheap multi for buzzer). Thought these looked good but anoying everyone now.

    Dickies. Two style thin ones about £25 for warmer months. Thicker ones £45 for winter. All pockets, holes etc. Only prob nail pockets unzip them selves. Must sew zip up. Not that expensive if i rip them

    Zs = 21 ohms at a socket on db.( my mistake before calling it ze) 3 phase tt supply. No earth rod. Supply goes from rcd main switch to metal clase switched fuse. Swa then across yard to db in a shed. Did notice where db was that the steel work of building was bonded, so i think this would be...

    Been to look at agiving a qoute to install new bd in horse barn. Tested ze at existing socket 21 ohms. Soil floors. Concrete buildings. All done in plastic conduit, swa, rcd sockets etc. Looked at mains coming in over head. Rcd 30ma 4 pole main isolator. Tails in out to metal switched fuse...

    Spoke to local college they advised not doing am2??? As im self employed but do the equivalent of 2391 == 2394 /5. As they said with my qualification i cant sign off my own work.

    Hi passed city and guilds 2360 level 3 back in 2004. 2 yr course. When left college i did the 2391 course, but failed it due to lack of knowledge experience. College put us on it to earn money. 2 passed out of 12, some very experienced. Any way just been told im not a qualified electrician...
