I would imagine that the oven is plugged in and the cooker circuit is spare? It is on 90% of new builds, mines 10 years old and the cooker circuit still does nothing.

Yes with the exact same RCD. Changed a shower pull switch, did some basic tests and the RCD wouldn’t reset. Went to the wholesalers and picked up a newer contactum RCD. Got back, reilised the new one didn’t bloody fit and then the old one reset in my hand and tested out fine!

There’s never been a Zs box on the Domestic certificate schedule only on the non domestic. L-L Is L-N, L-E you put the lowest out of L-E or N-E. The neutral is a live conductors. The RCD box you enter the value which is required depending on what the RCD is installed for.
