    Yes, the Immersion was installed on Monday. Installation is straightforward provided time is taken to read the manual first. I’m very impressed and so is my customer, he mentioned that the boiler is hardly running at all and water is always hot.

    Beat that for one March production

    4kW Sharp ND250 SB3600TL Hampshire. Total yield for March 485.93kW/h. Needless to say the customer is very pleased.

    Have you tried logging on as an installer? As far as I know the user login has read only access only and cannot make changes to the configuration of the inverter.

    Just register them, the certificates will come through in a few hours. The information on the certificate can be amended by clicking on it after it has been issued.

    Fixing Sanyo N240 panels in landscape

    We have installed quite a few landscape systems with vertical mounted rails on 300-400mm spaced rafters and always managed to mount the panels within the manufacturers specified mounting positions. A cruciform mounting system is more expensive, takes longer to install and doesn't look so neat.

    The third dial needs to be set from 2-F, position 1 only allows communication between inverters. You will struggle to communicate with the inverter using OSX as the SMA software is not compatible. Use a Windows machine and make sure you are within 10m of the inverter.
