    Couldn't the metal cabinets become live under a fault condition and if not bonded give some one a Zap? Especially if sockets are installed in them?

    Worth noting if you were completing an EICR on both these boards there would be a separate test sheet for each board and each sheet would have the supply characteristics at the top for you to fill in. so if you view it like that it will become more obvious. hope that helps.

    All the metal units will indeed require Bonding. Not sure what others thoughts are but personally I in your installation documentation I feel you must insist any customers already have RCD type protection fitted supplying the power to any sockets fixed or fitted to your units.

    Changing main RCD AC-type to A-type

    I meant more to do with circuit connection than the RCD as such you'd at least want to make sure things worked before walking away as you may have to undo a bus bar and anything connected to the original AC type. In an ideal world you'd only need to undo four screws.

    So the Pool DB is being fed FROM the Cafe DB so I would refer the Earth loop measurement at the Pool as ZDB rather than ZE but I'm fairly old school as such. So glad I completed my 2391 17 years ago! What's too large to post? A photo? Can't you just lower the file resolution

    I'd test the sockets ZS & RCD trip time and lighting. You're quite right it's altered the whole installation but testing a percentage of it should be adequate enough in my opinion.

    Have you tested the ZS at the end of the SWA? Only thing I can think of personally is when it's initially powered up there's a slight surge but does sound a little odd.

    Can you post a photo of the whole of that board? plus the front cover as Just a bit puzzled and curious about it. Also all those earth cables are bare and require Earth yellow/green sleeving.

    Special location(s) lots to think about in terms of protecting people and especially Signage for any equipment used purely to power Cleaning equipment near the pool areas. Load ? Size ? Emergency lighting ? Is this the Rooms too?

    No that's fine looks like you have it planned out fine. You wouldn't need to use 2.5mm though, 1.5mm and a 3 or 5amp fuse in the Fused switch would suffice Baz. Only thing does it invalidate the warranty or would that matter?
