    Excellent, yes tax dodges is bang on over here ha ha, so corrupt the government here !     A lot of money where I live, for a tool that's not needed Imho, Jokari kit is good but I'm still stripping with Stanley, folding knife, side cutters & or Combi Knipex pliers & good old John Ward has proven the myth of stretched earth stays a myth lol, via good old YouTube.

    Yes, unfortunately when I moved the board, I found a small 6" max length of twisted tinned copper tucked under base of board position under plasterboard ! Not connected to anything. Now have 10mm bonds to water main close by as it enters, and to old not in use gas meter main pipe as it comes...
