Yes, that's continuity problem. I connected PE (bad socket) to PE (good socket) and nothing happens. Thanks.- grzejnik121

Hey, I perform periodic electrical measurements in the office. In one socket, the voltage between L and PE is only 140 V. Therefore, I can't measure the impedance of the short-circuit loop.
