I need a 25mm plain to 20mm screwed conduit adapter.

Thanks for the ideas ... I'm going with the 25mm coupler around the 20mm threaded. No internal size loss.

I need a 25mm plain to 20mm screwed conduit adapter.

25mm coupler glued over the 20mm plain/threaded works. It also is a super tight friction fit but obviously not waterproof. Thanks

I need a 25mm plain to 20mm screwed conduit adapter.

Unfortunately I don't have a 25mm tap to reinstate the thread. I'm changing over an external aircon to a pool pump so the 25mm pipe and 4mm2 is already there. But it was wired straight in and now the air con is gone I'm putting an isolator in for the future pool pump. Have checked the opening...

I need a 25mm plain to 20mm screwed conduit adapter.

PVC conduit. Thanks for the ideas. Just don't understand why you can't buy a 20mm thread with a 25mm plain. Would be easy to make and adapting at the switch/isolator makes sense to me rather than adapting mid pipe.

I need a 25mm plain to 20mm screwed conduit adapter.

Have an isolator switch with 20mm screwed entries into the bottom. Have existing 25mm conduit I want to run into it. Ideally I need a simple adapter, 25mm plain to 20mm screwed conduit adapter. Does this exist cause I can't google one anywhere.

1.5mm2 TPS for power points in a transportable structure?

Table C6 in AS3000 is the simplified rules for selecting a protective device. If it's fully surrounded in insulation....quite likely in a transportable vehicle...then 1.5mm2 should have a 10A protective device. No problem using 1.5mm2 as long as it's protected appropriately. Just don't try to...

Solar Panels Does the home consume solar produced electricity that doesn't reach the meters?

Hi there, the inverter has no storage capacity at all and there is no wiring change within the house...standard AC wiring. The inverter simply does what it's name implies, it inverts the DC current from the solar panels into AC current which it then supplies into the main switchboard. The...

I'd suggest you grab the datasheet from Schneider's website for your replacement dimmer.

Solar Panels Does the home consume solar produced electricity that doesn't reach the meters?

A typical install here in australia has the solar inverter feeding directly onto the house wiring in the switchboard which is after the meters. This means that you will pull as much power from the inverter as your current load requires and any excess will be pushed back to the network and...

    Solar PV Safety Requirements

Hey All, new member here. I work as an industrial Sparky in the supply industry and am a qualified EFM but because it's not my day job I know very little about domestic installation and especially PV regulations. I had Solar installed on my house last year and I've recently read a few ESO...
