    basically you're just applying an overload to the tranny for a fraction of a second for pull-in. should be fine. the 75VA rating is presumably a constant output.

    try 16mm cable with 80A fuse. are you fitting a split charge relay?

    for building site work you need a cscs card or an ecs card, just to be allowed on site. easy H&S test , the latter being electrical bias. then you apply for the appropriate card. that's your starter for 10.

    i don't know. a good plumber who doesn't cut/burn cables, does not use your pre-drilled holes for his plastic pipes, does not fit a radiator in front of the socket you've just fitted, and does not test for a leak by spraying water on tour MFT, is hard to find.

    i fail to see any detriment in a PME system having a rod added as well. it's done as standard in some other countries, and round here a lot of older TN-S systems also have a rod.
