    It is a bit odd. It's not an essential service that's got a high impedance IT earthing arrangement for first fault tolerance is it? I'd suggest just accurately record all the IR test results and monitor their trends over time.

    It's probably cheaper just to use SWA type resin joints than buying resin separately and using it a normal junction box that's probably got a relatively big internal volume. It's also not advisable to use GP resin from a hardware store because it's not guaranteed as being moisture free. Not sure...
