How is 0.2s disconnection time met on TT?

That's incorrect. RCDs don't operate on line-neutral faults, only earth faults.

    Dali lighting issues

Have you powered down the controller? That sometimes sorts them out.

Are further qualifications required to install an EV charger?

My advice would be to buy the iet code of practice book that walks you through what to do. I did the course and it was basically reading through the book. If the customer is paying in full, no additional qualifications are required.

    UK Rewire using old conduits

And the cables are insulated and sheathed (twin and earth), not singles. As mentioned previously, there will be a fitting on the conduit at the top of the switch drop (a tee or an elbow) that you can remove with a screwdriver. There used to be rubber bushes available to go over the end of the...

    Ring vs Radial : Identification.

You're correct, the only way is to disconnect the cables and do and end to end continuity test. It is permitted to have 2 ring cables and a spur cable in one circuit breaker, so long as the termination is secure. It's the same as spurring from the ring final circuit at any other point.

    Spot the mistake

I think the OP might be talking about the neutral passing on its own through a metal hole and possible eddy currents.

Does this need to be bonded?

By standing on the soil you'd probably be wearing shoes that provide some level of insulation. Touching a metal pole with bare skin will give a lower impedance to earth. Also it would be a case of resistors in parallel so the two paths combined would give a reduced total impedance to earth.

Does this need to be bonded?

Your ECA doc gives a clear explanation and I think I would want to bond it if the hoops are metallic (they may well be plastic). It's all about keeping simultaneously accessible bits of metal at the same potential (or no potential at all if they're not extraneous - ie don't bond random metal...

    UK IET NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2022

It's really what the JIB gold card should be for. Whatever accreditation is used, it should be required that a certain amount of CPD is undertaken each year so that we stay up to date. I don't think EngTech currently fulfills that role.

Can you touch any part of the electrical installation and the metal pipe at the same time? If not, it's OK as it is.

Must the armoured outer sheath of SWA be earthed?

That's correct, but it's also acceptable in this instance to only connect the armouring at the supply end as you have a cpc in the cable. The armour should be earthed, but there's no requirement for it to be a cpc.
