Depending on the area (in square metres) extend the ring. Failing that then use a spare way and create another ring circuit.

What would you charge?

I used to be a one man band until I started doing local authority work but up to 2 years ago on domestic work I would be charging an average of £23 per hour but many charge more than that.

Which Electrical Body Are You With?

I'm with NICEIC but under the umbrella of my local authority (as an electrical contractor) so I don't actually pay the fee. Having said that I retire later this year and may just do the odd part time work. Possibly teaching electrical C & G at the local college which I've done before or maybe...
