    Strange that, regs say your supposed to keep the fire integrity of the unit !. Therefore all glands should be of the the Fireproof variety !. Also the back hole needs the same firproofing.     Screwfix can supply wire bits and flexible conduit to run cable in !. Cable can be T&E with secondry protection. Cable ties fitted every 30-60cms. Cable should have RCD protection, earthing and proper heights.
