Hi guys just scratching alittle on this on as far as max demands concerned.
Got extension in house, curenntly has 60amp main cut out. 7 way board. Asked N.Power to come fit Iso and upgrade cut out too 80amp
INC.
1x 40 amp. shower
2 x 32 amp. rings
1 x 6 amp. lights WHOLE HOUSE ! eeeeeek...
So here's what happened.......
Was in a main intake room for a school comprising several outbuildings, and in the process of upgrading the entire switch room. The installation was ancient, and had rows of switch fuses all unlabelled.
Had to identify them for the upgrade so turned one off...
Got a customer with an old Bill/Vertex distribution board. The board can accept either Bill No 72 100A moulded fuse carriers or Bill No 10 100A porcelain fuse carriers.
One of the existing 100AMP amp fuse carriers has a crack in it so needs replacing - in an ideal world we'd just suggest...
