    Hi, My college has sent me a letter to enroll for 17th edition C&G 2382 from Sept if I wish, but they also said that the 3rd amendment is coming into place from January 2015. I would like to ask that is it worth to do it now or wait for later? And if I do it now then do I HAVE to do the 3rd...
