    Can I sign test certs without part p or 2391?

    I am a fully qualified 17th edition spark and I'm uncertain whether I can test and sign certs in domestic installations? I was asked to do a fixed wiring test for someone wanting to rent out a house. Would I be able to do this if I had 2391 but wasn't part p registered?

    Sat the exam this evening. I feel quietly confident, but you never know with these things. Thanks again to Widdler for his excellent training provided through PASS. In my opinion the paper was easier than any of the previous mocks I attempted. Any feedback from other candidates?
