    Admin fee!!

    Right im fed to the death of certain places that just wont pay there bill until i send reminder notices!! how legally bounding is an ADMIN FEE on reminder notices!! (like say £1.50 to cover cost of paper stamp and me walking to post box!) its always BLOODY Charity's that take the ****!!!
