Electrical college course or apprenticeships?

Well I am finishing the 2330 level 2 this week, for next year I have enrolled for 2330 level 3. It seems good but it is only 1 day a week and there is no practical side to it I think. I want to stick with the college course because I think it is a safer way of getting qualified, say if I done...
