Im looking for a 38w 2d light electronic ballast. Would normal transformers work with these 2d lamps or do i have to use the proper ballast for them.

Hi all, I'm having trouble with my walk-in commercial display freezer. The freezer has 8 glass display doors, with two florescent tubes on each side of the doors for a total of 9 tubes. The freezer is new approximately 6 months old.
