    buzzing ballasts

    weve fitted in excess of 200 catII twin fittings. 3 of them are making a horrendous buzzing, ive checked all connections at the light and on the circuit but to no avail. apart from changing the ballast does anyone have any advice please? regards

    Hi, My name is KevBaldry and I'm new to this forum so please excuse me if this has been asked before. As a qualified electrician, if I change a ballast in a luminaire am I required to fill in a minor works certificate. Is this situation any different to swapping the luminaire? Kev
