    Why did I bother with an apprenticeship?

    With all of the new courses availiable, to allow kitchen fitters (for example) to self certify thier own work. Along with the 6 week electrician DI coures. It seems that an apprenticeship is no longer required for becoming an Electrician. Would like to hear other opinions!:cool:
