    fluke test meter boxes

I've noticed that these have some kind of a black seal around the lip, and was wondering if anyone owns one and does it stop moisture getting in when you leave test gear in the van overnight. I've started bringing my metrel in at night as its only the standard fabric bag that it came with.

    2 gang socket wiring.

Maybe obvious, but are any regulations how to fit earth cables? They always say all must be terminated to back box. So when 2 cables coming to the box 3 wires sleaved with green/yellow should be inside. 1 of them ending in back box? Right? I hope you understand me. I will make picture later.
