I am a little lost with this one. New build with solar PV and ASHP. My GDA says he cannot issue me an EPCbecause its a new build and he not qualified. My standard EPC assessor cannot do it because he not qualified for heat pumps, who does?

Hi Guys, Are there any regs relating to installing downlight light fittings in a new build house? Do the light fittings have to be fire rated throughout the installation? Do any electrical accessories installed within partition stud walls have to be modified to comply with any fire regs? thanks
