    Photocell suitable for CFL bulbs

    Dimmer buzzing

    Hi all quick question I recently installed 8 downlights 50w lamps low voltage. The problem is i'm getting a slight buzz at the fusebox when the dimmer is dimmed (400w dimmer) the breaker is a 10a wylex breaker tnc-s any suggestions would be great.

    PIR switch kills 2d flourescant bulbs after just a month?

    Energy saving light bulbs

    Do Energy saving light bulbs retain a charge? Reason I ask is, when light switch is turned off the bulb will flash slightly every 30 seconds or so. I've checked wiring and all is in order, changed bulb for a non energy saving, problem disappeared:confused:
